What we collect, why, and who else touches it.

This notice covers myshuttleutah.com, myshuttleparkcityutah.com and the My Shuttle booking portal. The business responsible for your information is CV Shuttle, LLC, a Utah limited liability company doing business as My Shuttle.

What we collect

  • The details you give us when you book or request a quote: name, email address, mobile number, pickup and drop-off addresses, flight number, passenger count, luggage and car seat requirements.
  • Payment card details, which are handled by our booking platform and its payment processor. We do not store your full card number.
  • Basic analytics about how this website is used — pages viewed, roughly where in the world you are, and which site sent you. This is not tied to your name.

Why we collect it

  • To carry out the trip you booked, including sending your driver to the right place at the right time and monitoring your flight.
  • To contact you about that trip by text and email.
  • To take payment, issue refunds and keep the records a transportation business is required to keep.

Who else sees it

  • Moovs, the platform that powers our booking portal, dispatch and messaging. Your use of the portal is also subject to Moovs' own privacy and payment terms.
  • Your driver, who receives your name, contact number and trip details in order to carry out the trip.
  • Payment processors, for the transaction itself.
  • We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

How long we keep it

  • Trip and payment records are kept as long as we need them for accounting, tax and dispute purposes.
  • Items left in a vehicle are held for 30 days, as set out in the Terms & Conditions.

Your choices

  • You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we are not required to keep. Email info@myshuttleutah.com.
  • You can opt out of marketing messages at any time. Messages about a trip you have booked are operational, not marketing, and will continue while that trip is live.

Cookies

  • This site uses only what it needs to function, plus analytics that tell us which pages are useful. The booking portal sets its own cookies under Moovs' policy.
