A family business that drives Utah for a living
Eleven years, a team of professional local drivers, and one rule we've never broken: your ride is yours.
Why we don't share rides
Most airport shuttles work by filling a van. You book a seat, then wait while the van collects other people, then ride to four hotels before yours. It's cheaper per person and it costs you an hour.
We decided early we weren't going to do that. Every My Shuttle booking reserves the whole vehicle for one party. It means we charge for a car rather than a seat, and it means that when you land, the vehicle is yours and it goes where you're going.
The rest follows from it. Free car seats, because families are most of who we carry. Flight tracking, because a private vehicle can wait and a shared van can't. Drivers who text you directly, because they're experienced local professionals who know you're coming — not a call center.
Our drivers get named in reviews more than the company does, which is about right.
What we run
Four-wheel-drive SUVs and minivans seating up to five, and Ford Transit vans seating up to eleven. Every vehicle is set up for ski and snowboard bags, and every one of them is equipped for a Utah winter — which, in the Cottonwoods, is a legal requirement rather than a preference.
You choose your vehicle class when you book, and you'll see exactly what each one holds. If your group or your gear won't fit, tell us and we'll size up rather than turn you away at the curb.
